• Able to lead TSSA-approved Operator Reduction Programs for multiple facilities (with site approval)

• Familiar with the application, implementation, and audit process under Ontario Regulation 219/01

Steam Systems Expertise

• Extensive experience with high-pressure vertical boilers (e.g., Fulton VMP series)

• Skilled team in managing pasteurization lines, CIP systems, and pressure vessels

• Providing engineered steam load analysis, efficiency upgrades, and risk mitigation planning

Remote Monitoring & SOP Development

• Design and implementation of remote boiler monitoring systems

• Creation of customized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe, compliant operation

• Emergency response plans and training tailored for brewery teams

Multi-Facility Oversight

• Able to oversee TSSA-compliant systems across multiple breweries or food production sites (with site approval)

• Consulting includes system reviews, inspection readiness, and support for periodic renewals

• Strong understanding of TSSA inspection expectations
